Always thought the Sportabout Wagon was the best looking version, though. Proportions on these not quite right. But this is a stunning example of the hatch. I stumbled across this image looking for parts, so I guess I'll answer a few questions.

-The color is Trans AM red.

-I really would like to put some slotmags on it, but the underside still needs work before I let anyone look through spokes.

-It is tons of fun to drive. It only has a 258 six in it, but it has plenty of power. The low center of gravity also makes the car corner great.

-No, not a grandma or grandpa car, I am in my 20's.

Something that's not visible in this image is the interior is the levi special edition. The seat were redone awhile back and have actual denim ship from the levi company.

I just pulled the motor last week to get rebuilt. If anyone knows where to get parts like a hood or valve cover please comment. Props to Ben for getting the year right, it is difficult to tell the difference between the 73 and 74 if you don't know what to look for.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10967251140773617350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5112355325821745788.post-88346283454731114632013-05-30T16:59:13.733-07:002013-05-30T16:59:13.733-07:00LOVE your Hornet!
