I think that is a early car alarm activation switch. I had a '77 J20 that had one of those.

THat's an old school aftermarket alarm all right. They were everywhere here in NY back in the day. But then again so were Plymouth Horizons.

Need to know about the improvised window shades.....was he living in there?

My first car was a OMNI GLH turbo that I bought from a junkyard for $350. Ironically it was the last one produced before the last 500 that were turned in to Shelby GLH's's. I loved that thing. I built it up to over 500HP with a stage IV kit from Forward Motion and converted it to all wheel drive with an old minivan AWD set up...alas it died a tthe hands of a runaway Ford Superduty that plowed into it in a parking lot and literally destroyed it :(

I wish they'd make a hatchback version of the new dart with a wicked SRT motor in it and call it the Dart GLH
