Definitely not heavily modified, and the seats are from something sporty-yet-humble, maybe an old Prelude? This guy also had an awesome 84 CRX (his dad, shown in pic 2 owned forever) that I was super tempted to buy, but unfortunately the starter motor stuck on when we tried to fire it up for my test drive. Can't wait to experience a CRX, and I definitely don't need to experience a Morris right now ;-)
