@ Jakob: Yeah, your front axle would start going up the next hill before your back axle got down the last one!

I dig the shit out of these 70's Coach builder pickups. Me and the girl saw one yesterday, believe it was a early 70's GMC dual cab. She asked they made them like that? I stated most likely from a Limo builder that had a side business. Cool regardless.

@ Moltenburn: No, actually, every pickup truck made the crew cabs themselves by the 70's. Dodge had made them since the beginning of the last model in 1961; IH was the first with the "Travelette" in 1957, but it only had 3 doors. Ford started making them in 1965 (at a factory in Canada; the first Dearborn-built crew cabs weren't until 1982). Chevy/GMC was late to the party, not making any crew cabs until 1973, but they made up for it by making them until 1992.
