Tony, this car was the second best car to own back in '84 to '87 when I was a teenager my dad gave me a '78 that I shined and washed so good and then sat in my front yard for all to see. Matter of fact the previous owner saw it one day and wanted to buy it back from me.

The 1980 Toyota Celica ST Blue was my first car in 1990. It was 10 years old and I paid $1999 at a dealer for it with 87,000 miles on it. Mine was a 3 speed automatic which was pretty rare. Wasn't a speed demon at all but I drove it for 7 years and it never gave me any problems except a water pump went out. Those 20R engines were awesome. Mine wasn't a speed demon but it was built like a tank, the body panels make todays cars seem like tinfoil.

The notchback with the white walls really make it look nerdy
