i think mavericks are great opcs, even though ben doesn't care about them at all. i'm glad he photographed this comet. that's not a woodgrain beltline, is it?
Strange to come across this pic almost 5 years later. Photographer definitely brought out the better angles of my car. A restoration of it is in the coming plans. Nice work.

Never was impressed with these cars. Although I like the Mercury better than the Ford . I also like how the vinyl roof is designed.
I like the vynil roof too. Quite subtle.
The steelies with the hubcaps look nice.
I've come to the conclusion that this grille looks better broken.
Learned to drive in a 1969.5 Maverick so Mavs/Comets will always be near and dear to my heart.
73 was an interesting year- big bumper in front, little bumper in back. Looks a whole lot better that the '74.
