Actually it isn't. It is a 1959 Ford Fairlane 500 4 door sedan.The Skyliner (produced between 1957-1959) was a convertable hardtop.

The grille itself is the high point of 50's styling. Want a great value in classic cars? Try the 4 door Fairlane 500 with the 223 ci I-6. Looks great and saves gas!!!
