Later than 1960... 1960 had few differences in the grill and front emblem... It's 1962-66.
From the color and the strategically sprayed primer on the door, I wonder if this is a surplus U.S. Forest Service vehicle.
It is a 1964 Dodge D100 Town Wagon 4 speed slant 6 2WD. Currently running like A$$, possibly for sale soon.. Black spots now match current color (latex house paint)Was a daily driver up until 2 weeks ago.
