The fascia on this car suggests this is was made between 1988-1991.
If I found one of these in such nice shape here in the snow-and-salt belt I just might make it my daily driver.
I love the simulated wood siding. Imagine the thought process at Ford: "We'll make it look a little like wood, but not so much so that people actually think it is wood, because it would be impractical in this day and age to make car panels out of wood, but people still like the look of fake wood..."
Love the Panther wagons, this one is clean as can be.
What a wonderful car! You could take the whole gang out for a Sunday afternoon of drifting.
Willis, Arnold, dudley and the gang took a drive to yellowstone for summer vacation.
I often did take the whole gang out for drives in a 1986 blue Crown Vic wagon my parents had in the 80's. With the jump seats there were seatbelts for 8, but I'd load up to 10 of my high school friends and we'd go wherever we were going. I may have shed a tear or two when my parents sold that car.
