Mys sister looked at one of these back in the day. It was rusted so bad in the front shock towers the seller had notched a 2x6 and wedged in between the towers to keep them from collapsing. We passed. This one seems to be headed toward that fate.

BTW - Your new layout seems to be compressing the main pics funny, the proportions are off, at least on this post.

The new layout is terrible, makes OPC look like a cached page from Google. And what happened to the link to The Street Peep and all the other sites?

I thought therewas no rust in Portland?

it strangely reminds me of one of my favorite lego car sets from the 80s

Reminds me of the old Datsun 510-610-710. They would run forever even though the bodies
would literally rust to pieces around you. We looked at one of these for my baby sister when
she learned to drive. Ultimately, she would choose a Suzuki Samurai. The 'Zuke was alright,
but had a nasty tendancy to flip. My wife had to remind me everytime I'd see my sister that
it was her choice and I had no say in the matter. Sis would finally trade it in after someone
slit the top and stole the stereo. She shoulda chose the BRAT!

I like all the mismatched body panels, gives it a lot of personality.

Just the way I remember them...

a harlequin (partially) BRAT is worthy of some praise. everything about this is perfect, i think the new SciBaru would be a perfect donor for this chassis; it's the only application i can think of that warrants such a pathetic mill.

the rollbar looks perfect for steadying your plinker for accurate varmint disposal on the furthest edges of your land. wish this had the jumpseats and a rifle rack.
