oh heck yes. i'd drive that.love how understated the roofline is compared with the generations of fairlanes that followed. wonderful.
Great car, and wonderfully presented as always. Especially appreciate the closeup of the emblems and trim since I collect them. Don't have the room or the $$$ to collect the whole car anymore..IMO these cars just seem to "blend" with the suburban landscape in a way their modern counterparts never could. The modern Earth-Tone Blobmobiles just don't look right in front of a 1950's house....the shot of the car and the house behind it is a keeper for sure.Interesting paint on the hood/upper fenders- almost like he sanded/primered the whole thing one day on a whim and then just left it at that. Gonna top coat it, any day now...
Particularly like the profile shot of the front fender/wheel -- captures the rust & trim so nicely, perfectly sharp, nice blur on the background.Shots look straight out of someone's old album, especially with the ground wires, but better composed.
It looks like a LWB Falcon of the same vintage. All the greenhouse looks the same.
That shot of the fender is amazing.
