workhorse indeed. this really sets the bar for hilux spotting. paint job looks almost too good--do you think it's original?

I actually think that could be the original color but probably not the original paint job, just because I didn't see one on toyotareference.com with paint matched headlight bezels.

She's a '74. After seeing the truck parked there a couple of times I had my husband drive by with me in his '82 diesel Hilux and we got to talking with the owner who could tell we loved the truck. She was on her last job and headed to the junkyard - so the story went - and of course, we bought her. Low milage. Pretty original. Bit of rust to the body that I want to fix myself. We love these little trucks. Appreciate your site!
