What the hell is that? Whatever it is I
wonder if the bodywork is original issue.
At least they didn't cut the roof off a
station wagon to build it.

It had to be a GT... The back half is from a wagon.

So it's like an El Camino, only not so sporty, lol.

no no no, why butcher such a simple pretty car?

Isuzugeek...you are joking right? It's a hack-job, not a legit coachbuilder done job.

It scares me, that the person who would build such a thing....drives! (Someone must've taken some powerful drugs!).

I think it's rather attractive. I'd love to see a 142 pick up, or a citroen Ami 8 pick up, or an 86 prelude pick up...

This is not rare in Sweden, it's called a A-traktor. at the age of 15 you are allowed to drive a tractor with a moped-licence. the speed is limited to 18 MPH in A-tractors. Also there is a law that says that you must have a open cargo space on the car. So people rebuild Volvos into pickups basically. they choose old volvos because of the straight lines and they're cheap.
here is a good example for sale: http://www.blocket.se/trelleborg/A_traktor_diesel_53390921.htm?ca=16&w=3
