Seeing this car around the neighborhood last summer was the original kernel of inspiration for Old Parked Cars, but by the time we got things rolling in December, the two-tone gem had long since vanished into winter storage. Its curbside appearance yesterday heralds the arrival of Spring and many long months of prime Portland car-watching. Happy Day.

oh yes, i definitely remember that from the first time i read through Bridgetown Blog, and kicking myself for not having shot it, too. that's our apartment building in your shot of the minx.
