yes! a tredia and now a cordia! does this warrant a "hachi-roku" tag? ben, you find all the forgotten mitsus.

...though i did have the pleasure of spotting my precis earlier this week for the second time, parked on the same block as a year ago. while i'm on that subject, i remember i was interviewing for my current job, and i was explaining oldparkedcars, and one of the managers turned to the other guy and said, "yeah, there's a precis on there."

I'm definitely tickled to have found these 2 'bishis, particularly love that they share the same 1983 font.

My favorite part of researching this elusive classic, was stumbling onto this, the only other US spec Cordia I found. Paul should have known that the NW would come through, we can't let Cali get all the credit.

The Hachi tag crossed my mind, but I'm not sure I could apply that to a front wheel drive car.

I think the last time i saw one of these was in 1992...in a junkyard. Nice to see one still puttering around =)

I had one about 8 years ago, here in Oregon. I Bought it in newberg and lived in woodburn, i bought it for 500 bucks running, i drove it home parked it, woke up the next day and it wouldnt run. i didnt know anything about cars yet so i just thought it was a lemon. I turned around and sold it to some random guy in woodburn for a measly 200 bucks. It was blue, in decent shape body wise. it was running, i drove it home from newberg to woodburn. im just now finding out how rare they are, i had no idea. i cant believe i had one, and for such a small amount. anyways, i had one! In Oregon!

Holy hell, a Cordia. That's just absurd! I always liked the angular shape of these, but they were never common, and are just nonexistent these days. I found a Sigma a couple of years ago and was smiling the rest of the day--this would have made my week.

Also, being the nut that I am, I probably would have offered to buy it. I still regret not leaving a note on that Sigma.
