That is world famous scoundrel, artist, musician amd all around madman extraordinaire Michael Hurley's (aka Doc Snock) car! He drove it until he died April 1st, 2025. That car belongs in a museum! He named it The Snark 🙌 Good eye on this beaut! Got to drive it a few times, rode like a dream, so low to the ground, just floated along and along and along. Salúd
