Handsome car. That's a regular 1980 Accord Sedan (the big chrome mirror was exclusive to the 1980 Accord Sedan). The '81-only Accord SE only came in metallic grey, and had more streamlined black mirrors.

The alloy wheels are indeed from the SE. Nearly identical wheels were also offered as an accessory in 1980, but only with black pockets and bright silver outlining of the spokes.

Hi Guys,

The SE also had leather interior. I am not sure but I want to say they also had buzz windows. They were all 4 doors and that silver/gray color.

My mother had a green 1980 sedan that had options on it that I had never seen before or since. She bought it used with low mileage but the car had a stainless roof rack, trunk rack, fog lights, wheel well trim, the lower, thick body side molding (standard on sedans?), the upper, thinner chrome body side molding with rubber insert, front and rear mudguards, the SE styled alloys (yes, I'm sure it was a 1980 car), large wide and thick chromed with black plastic trimmed side mirrors; nothing like the 79 Accord mirrors (the passenger side was remote controlled manually on the passenger door), and an auto reverse tape deck with program feature and an added quadrophonic balancer that was all factory Honda equipment from back in the day. The balancer was mounted right below the stereo and actually had to be fitted "outside" the dashboard proper, but it looked factory. She had the car from around 1980-85. It was a great car, but that 3 spd auto screamed on the highway. I still remember the manual lock lever in the center console that locked the rear doors and the big chrome bumpers that went away by 82. Damn I'm getting frikkin' OLD.

Oops... I read anonymous's comments above and he's right. The wheels on my mom's car did have machine finish around the spokes and her mirrors were like the car in your pictures, only she had dual mirrors with passenger remote. I should have read all the comments before I posted but was so blown away by seeing one of these vintage cars after all these years.
