I've got an 86 S-10 Blazer that I picked up for a couple of grand about 10 years ago. It was a DD for a while, now it is relegated to play time and dump runs. Everything works fine and it still looks good too! Lots of these still around and a decent one is worth picking up.

Classic truck. I've always wanted one of those! I think they're actually a collector's item (silver bullet edition, that is). Would love to see it in person!

HA! This is great, this is actually my truck! My Gramps gave it to me a few years ago and I adore it. I use to ride around in it when i was a little kid. This is the perfect truck.

I love this truck: Looks like a great Coors Light Hauler!

It's great to see this truck get some well deserved attention.

How'd you guys find our blog? Any more info on the truck?

I drove it to work today (don't usually) and the guys I work with wanted to get info on it because they love it so much. If you Google "Chevy S10 Silver Bullet", these 4 pics come up first thing. We then realized that it's my license plate. It's very obviously my truck.

The body damage is from sitting for 4 years in Wyoming, where it's from, without being driven. It runs great and only has 137,000 miles on it. We've been looking into getting the original paint job restored. The only obstacle is money :)

Am I the only one getting a strong "Star Wars" vibe from this? The color scheme reminds me of a battle-worn X-Wing fighter. Very cool old truck.
