Think of the sheer volume of glue that is straining to hold all that trim and badges! It makes me cringe, I've never seen so many feet of trim and so many inches of emblem. Logo UNDER grill? Why hasn't anyone else done that?

any idea what those curved chrome panels flanking the tailgate are?

They've gotta be spoilers, seem like they were a very rare optional extra.

It is a beautiful automobile...
The deflectors directed the airflow across the rear window to help keep it clean...

My dad had one of these when I was a kid. It was lime green and I remember how tough it was to steer. Lic: COW217. I'll never forget him driving me to the hospital after I cracked my head open riding my bike down the back stairs. Ah youth!

there is no GLUE holding any of that car together... these were built to last. you have lots of metal trim clips and screws holding that shiny stuff on. Glue is for cars made AFTER Ben was born.
